喬叟（Geoffrey Chaucer，c. 1343年 – 1400年10月25號?）係個英國作者、詩人、哲學者、官、courtier 同外交員。佢作過好多嘢，最出名嘅係佢未完成嘅frame narrative The Canterbury Tales。有啲人叫喬叟做英國文學之父。有學者歸佢做第一個表現出英文口語(vernacular middle English)藝術性嘅作者。
