詩巫

詩巫（馬來話：Sibu）係馬來西亞沙撈越第三大城市，人口大約16萬，嗰度有好多福建人，祖先自19世紀尾開始陸續搬到嚟做開荒牛，所以又叫新福州。

詩巫喺拉讓江河畔，中游區域。由於地質土壤好柔軟嘅關係，地層下陷問題嚴重。此外，市中心大部分區都喺拉讓江支流上，意味住市中心地質較為鬆軟。

氣候[編輯]

詩巫四季溫度無太大落差，潮濕、多雨、炎熱，屬於熱帶雨林氣候。

平均高溫大約30-33°c，平均低溫大約22.5-23°c。全年平均雨量大約3200mm。[12]

人口[編輯]

根據馬來西亞統計局2010年數據，詩巫市總人口有162,676人。其中，最大群組係華人（62.1%，101,019），之後係原居民（35.01%，56,949），非馬來西亞公民佔（1.99%，3,236），印度人佔（0.37%，598）。

原居民當中，伊班族有26,777人、馬來人有16,646人、Melanau有10,028人、比達友人有1,337人、其他族群有874人。

非馬來西亞公民中，大部分係喺工廠同鋸木廠做嘢嘅勞工。

詩巫機場客運大樓

詩巫機場喺1994年起，離市中心大約25km。提供航班往返沙撈越其他地方，好似係古晉、美里、民都魯，同埋其他馬來西亞城市好似係吉隆坡、亞庇。
