This was taken on Saturday 29th July 2006, Sir Jimmy Savile recorded the final edition of en:Top of the Pops during the week rather than take part in a live broadcast on Sunday because of his commitment to the Lochaber Highland Games. He announced that he was stepping down from being Honorary Chieftain but would continue to be a "Special Friend" of the games.
