The Pirate Bay
The Pirate Bay係笪喺瑞典嘅快佬分享網站，裏頭擺咗同 track 啲 BT 快佬（.torrent），話自己係「世界至大嘅 BT tracker」[1]，The Pirate Bay 係至受歡迎網站 107 位[2]。個站靠賣廣告維生。2003年11月由瑞士反版權組職 Piratbyrån（盜版社）搞出嚟，2004年10月成為獨立組職。
佢哋嘅頭頭 Frederik Neij、Gottfrid Svartholm Warg、Carl Lundstrom 同埋 Peter Sunde 俾瑞典執法拉咗，判一年，重要一人罰成百萬；佢哋由頭到尾都唔認罪，話畀唔起罰款亦都唔會畀，就算有錢都寧願燒咗佢，一粒灰都唔會賠[3]。
