可用度檢測

可用度檢測,喺人機互動等領域上,係指靠可用度專家用客觀方法親自評估個系統可用度。例如認知走查法就係一種成日用嘅可用度檢測法,設計者用認知走查法嗰陣,佢首先要列出晒「如果用家想要用隻軟件達到某樣效果,需要經過邊啲步驟」噉嘅資訊,例如評估緊某隻繪圖軟件,佢就要列出用家想增加幅圖片嘅光度嗰陣需要撳邊個掣,然後就每個步驟,設計者都會問:

  • 用家能唔能夠輕易睇得出要撳邊個掣?
  • 用家能唔能夠理解隻軟件對功能嘅描述?

等等。然後可以想像設計者會一路做以上嘅思考,一路做到評估晒隻軟件嘅各種功能為止[1][2]
