工作投入感

工作投入感(參見英文:work engagement)係一種員工嘅心理狀態,講緊佢哋有幾積極參與工作角色。根據一九九零年一位學者提供嘅定義,工作投入感係指組織嘅成員將自己嘅身心資源投入工作角色當中,包括身體、認知同情感上嘅參與[1]。
學界普遍認為,工作投入感包含三個層面:
