弗朗西斯科·何塞·德·哥雅-盧西恩特斯（西班牙文：Francisco José de Goya y Lucientes，1746年3月30號—1828年4月15號）係西班牙浪漫主義畫派畫家。畫風奇異多變，由早期巴羅克式畫風到後期類似表現主義嘅作品，渠一生總係喺度改變，雖然渠從來都無建立自己嘅門派，但係對後世嘅現實主義畫派、浪漫主義畫派同埋印象派都有好大影響，係一個承前啟後嘅人物，被譽為最後一個古典繪畫大師同第一個現代大師。
