法國法律

出自維基百科，自由嘅百科全書

法國法律（英文：Law of France），係指法國嘅司法系統。法國法律系根據法典同法規寫出嚟嘅民法法系。喺法國最有影響力嘅法典係拿破崙民法典，之後啟發咗歐洲同其他世界各地嘅民法典。喺1958年法國憲法採用咗呢個憲法同時亦都係法國嘅最高法侓。歐盟法律喺法國同其他歐洲聯盟成員國都變得越嚟越重要。

喺學術層面嚟講，法國法侓都可以分做兩方面：私法（Droit privé）、公法（droit public）。而呢兩個法侓同傳統嘅普通法系唔同嘅地方喺刑法同民法。
