異色瞳


異色瞳,即虹膜異色、虹彩異色,就話人眼核唔同色,雙眼唔同有,單眼內唔同有。
異色瞳本身並唔係病,純粹人身色彩變化。之不過,有啲病個病會出現異色瞳,為咗安全計,蘇蝦仔一出世有異色瞳,就至好搵眼科檢查下。絕大部情況都好正常,視力正常[1]。
睇成病,就異色症一種,雙眼就叫虹膜異色症,單眼叫虹彩異色症,有完全唔同,有部份唔同,有中央唔同。異色症唔止眼,髮膚都可以有[2],同色素,亦即黑色素好有關係。佢點造點傳,同埋濃度決定。好多時純粹基因遺傳,但亦有遺傳出問題,例基因嵌合、嵌合體,或者患病,或者受傷,從而得到異色瞳[3]。人有,某啲人養動物都有。
虹膜色水,千變萬化,知同基因有關,但外部都會令佢變。但過程係乜,依家都未搞清楚。千千萬萬,得兩隻色素搞出來,亦即黑色素同黃褐色素。唔同比例,各層唔同分佈,散射出唔同效果[4]。祇唔有啲變化,就有異色瞳。
完全異色,兩塊虹膜色水完全唔同。部份異色,扇形異色咁,一段虹膜色水同其餘唔同。中央異色,瞳孔周圍有環,或者瞳孔輻射出異色尖刺。
推斷原因眾多,由家畜身上睇,其中一種主要。黑色素分佈,由8-HTP 途徑決定。而相關基因突變,通常出自染色體均質受損[5]。 貓狗牛馬,呢啲成日近親繁殖好常見。但人類好少異色症,有異色症,原因同缺乏遺傳多樣性無關[6][7]。
異色瞳出於色素過多過少[5]。以人來講,眼生得黑色素多,虹膜增生,唔夠黑色素,就增生不足。
而異色瞳後天原因,好似患病、發炎、受傷、眼藥水整傷[8]、腫瘤[9]咁。
文化
[編輯]中國記載得重瞳,唔見異色瞳,皆因絕大部人都深棕眼[10],並唔明顯,明顯睇出來好罕見。但都有一啲人有[11]。
而西方色目多變,甚至為唔同色配上性格[12]。淺色眼易啲睇出異色瞳。至早亞里士多得有講[13]。有啲睇做迷人,有啲睇做邪惡。現代都有啲名人有,好似大衞寶兒咁,佢就後天畀人打傷,瞳孔肌肉唔能收縮,變咗異色瞳[14]。呢種異色瞳,唔屬於色素變化。
異色瞳一眼睇出唔同,西方文藝作品有,日本文藝作品有,用來顯示天生異稟,出身唔同等等。二〇〇一年,文學比賽中,五分之一作品都有異色瞳。
