競爭優勢

競爭優勢粵拼ging3 zan1 jau1 sai3英文competitive advantage)係管理學策略上嘅一個概念,指一個人或者組織具有、幫佢喺表現上打低佢競爭者嘅特性。一個理想嘅競爭優勢係對手無法輕易模仿嘅-令個人或者組織維持優勢一段時間,短期內唔會俾對手追到[1]。舉兩個例子說明:

  • 想像家陣有一個人,佢具有一啲專業知識,令佢識得做一啲冇嗰啲專業知識嘅人做唔到嘅工作,而且呢啲專業知識得來不易(要經過多年嘅訓練先至會得到),於是就令到佢有得搵一啲多數人都做唔到嘅工作-佢呢樣特殊知識就係佢嘅競爭優勢[2]
  • 想像家陣有一間公司,佢具有一個獨特嘅組織文化(organizational culture;包括做嘢方法同組織架構等),呢個文化能夠有效噉提高員工嘅工作效率,而且因為呢個組織文化好深噉嵌入咗個組織嗰度,要模仿嘅話需要做好多結構上嘅改革,所以第啲公司要模仿並唔容易-呢個特殊工作文化就係間公司嘅競爭優勢[3]
