《納米比亞，勇者之地》（Namibia, Land of the Brave）係納米比亞嘅國歌，喺1991年12月正式採用。首歌由Axali Doëseb作曲同作詞，佢係嚟自卡拉哈里沙漠一個傳統音樂團體嘅負責人。納米比亞喺1990年獨立之後舉行咗一個公開比賽去揀國歌，而 Doëseb 嘅作品就喺個比賽入面勝出。

歷史

納米比亞第一首國歌（雖然唔係正式）係「Das Südwesterlied（德文版）」（《西南非之歌》），喺德國殖民時期、作為德屬西南非洲嗰陣用嘅。[1] 之後納米比亞變成西南非洲，由南非聯邦以國際聯盟託管形式管理，國歌就改用《南非的呼喚》，同南非一樣。[2]

獨立之後，《天佑非洲》暫時被用做臨時國歌，等正式國歌揀好先。[3][4] 後來政府決定納米比亞需要一首自己嘅獨有國歌，就舉行全國比賽，最後由 Axali Doëseb 嘅《Namibia, Land of the Brave》勝出。[3] 呢首歌喺1991年，即納米比亞自南非獨立一周年嘅紀念典禮上首次公開演奏。[3] 有人留意到歌詞第一句「Land of the Brave」同美國國歌《星條旗》結尾嗰句好相似。[4]

納米比亞國歌嘅創作過程由Hidipo Hamutenya監督，佢當時係國家象徵小組委員會主席。[5] 2006年，Hamutenya 話歌詞其實係佢自己「喺飛去古巴架飛機上面」寫嘅，但 Doëseb 否認呢個講法。[6] 2023年，政治人物 Andrew Matjila 同 Ben Amadhila 公開支持 Hamutenya 嘅講法。[7]

法例

納米比亞議會通過咗《1991年納米比亞共和國國歌法》，正式確認《納米比亞，勇者之地》做國歌；侮辱國歌屬刑事罪行，最高可判監五年，或者罰款二萬蘭特，或者兩樣兼施；同時授權納米比亞總統訂立相關規例。[8]
