翠雀花素
外表


翠雀花素、飛燕草素、花翠素,花青素一種,植物色素來,亦係抗氧化劑[1]。 佢畀翠雀屬、堇菜屬啲花藍色。又畀葡萄品種赤霞珠藍紅色。可以喺蔓越莓、狐葡萄、石榴[2]、 歐洲越橘入面搵到[3]。
佢英文delphinidin、delphinidine[4][5],直譯意思海豚,但同海豚無關,而係翠雀花喺西洋叫海豚咁解[6][7]。
