遊戲開發者選擇獎年度遊戲（英文：Game Developers Choice Award for the Game of the Year，英文簡稱：GDCA Game of the Year）係遊戲開發者大會（GDC）上頒發嘅電子遊戲獎項遊戲開發者選擇獎（GDCA）嘅一部分，表彰上一日歷年發行嘅電子遊戲喺遊戲設計方面嘅傑出成就。GDC係規模最大嘅電子遊戲開發者年度專業性質會議，通常於每年３月左右喺三藩市舉行。該獎項於２００１年設立，喺２００５年到２００７年間使用嘅名稱為最佳遊戲（Best Game）[1][2][3]。

僅四個遊戲開發工作室嘅獲獎次數超過一次：

迄今為止，獲得獎項與提名次數最多嘅電子遊戲發行商係索尼互動娛樂（前稱「索尼電腦娛樂」），共1３項提名同４項獎項；其次係任天堂（1１項提名，１項獎項）, 藝電（８項提名，１項獎項）同Rockstar Games（７項提名，２項獎項）。獨立遊戲曾4次獲得該獎項，分別係２０１２年嘅《風之旅人》（由索尼互動娛樂發行）、２０１９年嘅《鵝作劇》、２０２０年嘅《黑帝斯》同２０２１年嘅《邪惡冥刻》。
