English: A paifang in memory of Ming dynasty official Hai Rui in Canton, Kwangtung. According to online forums, the paifang was moved to this site in 1947 and destroyed at the onset of Cultural Revolution ca. 1966. Photo taken in 1940s.
粵語: 廣州漢民公園前嘅盛世直臣坊。據網上資料，牌坊喺1947年移來相入邊呢度，文革爆發就拆咗。網上亦話張相係1940年代影嘅。

Works of Chinese origin that have entered the public domain in the U.S. due to certain circumstances (such as publication in noncompliance with U.S. copyright formalities) may have had their U.S. copyright restored under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (URAA) if the work was under copyright in its country of origin on the date that the URAA took effect in that country. (For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
