珍奧斯汀

珍奧斯汀（Jane Austen，1775年12月16號—1817年7月18號），又譯做簡 奧斯丁，係一個英國小說作家，作品有《理性與感性》（Sense and Sensibility）、《傲慢與偏見》（Pride and Prejudice）、《曼斯菲爾德公園》（Mansfield Park）、《愛瑪》（Emma）、Northanger Abbey 同 Persuasion。佢嘅小說裏面有對社會評論、反諷、同埋『自由間接講嘢』（Free indirect speech）寫嘢方式呢啲特色，小說背景係 1811年到 1820年間嘅英國鄉郊；筆觸細緻幽默。佢嘅作品好多次俾人拍成電視劇同電影。一般認為佢係最有影響力嘅小說作家之一。佢冇結過婚，41 歲就死咗。
