ATARI遊戲集中銷毀案係1983年9月26號喺美國新墨西哥州阿拉莫戈多發生嘅大量由ATARI出版嘅卡帶、個人電腦同電子遊戲被集中揼爛銷毀嘅案件。

嗰時喺阿拉莫戈多，當地報紙喺1983年9月27號連續刊登咗10～20部[1]拖掛車喺德薩斯州艾帕索間ATARI門店出發，將成拃ATARI產品包裝盒、卡帶同遊戲機倒晒喺市内嘅垃圾堆填區。ATARI最初同堆填區交易係唔畀乞丐執垃圾，諗住喺晚黑揼爛機帶而掩埋。不過ATARI畀出嘅理由係ATARI 2600要升級到ATARI 5200[2]，後嚟有員工企出嚟反對[3]。嗰時嘅ATARI高層話啲垃圾係「用唔得」、「冇意義」、「冇紀念價值」嘅嘢[1]。正因為噉而震驚咗成個美國。

呢單嘢既係美國喺1983年爆發嘅大事之一，又係美國遊戲業大蕭條嘅文化象徵代表[4][5][6]。雖然有人話單嘢爲ATARI公司出於減税目的嚟鏟走廢棄材料[5]，但係喺美國，成日俾人睇成爲慘淡經營手段而驕傲嘅事做反面教材[5]。

事發廿九年半後（2013年5月28號），阿拉莫戈多市議會批准加拿大娛樂公司——Fuel Industries去咗堆填區做為期半年訪問兼拍攝呢單事實同埋填埋場發掘嘅記錄片——《ATARI: GAME OVER》[7]。Xbox Entertainment Studios計劃喺2014年，喺Xbox One同Xbox 360獨家播出呢部連續紀錄片[8]。不過當日挖掘出嘅廢棄遊戲同硬件，淨得1300份咁少。而挖掘出啲卡帶，有啲拎去策劃展覽，大部份拎去拍賣嚟幫手起紀念性質嘅博物館。甚至將垃圾堆填區打造成阿拉莫戈多當地以卡帶做主題嘅旅遊景點[9]。

事件亦造成咗美國實行遊戲分級制度。最早喺1989年確立，初期淨得三個級（G、MA13、MA17），後嚟爆出真人快打系列同午夜陷阱兩鉼機帶嘅分級拗數後，娛樂軟件分級委員會喺1994年成立，從而幫一大堆機帶實行咗更加規範同完善嘅遊戲分級制度。喺日本，任天堂喺1983年底推出紅白機時話，廠入面出啲遊戲唔畀帶埋晒啲暴力或鹹濕或恐怖等十八禁、紅燈區啲嘢。
