No, not true, it does not use the name of a person. Also, the living person stuffs should not apply to an organization ( I could be wrong, I have no time to read that yet. ) To apply to the organization because school is made up of living person is simply false. To accuss an organization something is not the same as to accuss it part something. You may hear that expression: The whole is larger than the same. To say one person is a good person does not even make sense to say his or her cells are good cells even the cell make up that person.
