Hilda Cathy Heine（1951年4月6號—）係馬紹爾群島老師、政治人，做緊第8任馬紹爾群島總統。佢係馬紹爾群島第1個攞到博士學位嘅人。[1]
2016年1月27號，Heine 當選馬紹爾群島總統。[2]呢次選舉得佢1個候選人。國會全體議員33人之中，24票投畀佢，6票棄權，3人唔在場。佢响1月28號宣誓就任。
