Measures 3.75X4.75 and condition is quite nice for the age with a number written on the front from a newspaper archive. Stamped on the back from a newspaper and with a detailed paper caption as well. The caption reads: "To tell U.S. Japan's Attitude. The Japanese attitude in Manchuria will be explained to United States officials by Yoskue Matsuoka who will come here enroute to Geneva where he will represent Japan at the League of Nations assembly. Matsuoka is a former vice president of the South Manchurian Railway, and long a resident in the teritory. Credit line (ACME) 10/22/32"
