《殘疾人權利公約》（Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities）係一份國際性嘅人權條約，保障殘疾人嘅人權，由聯合國喺2006年12月13號通過，2008年5月3號正式生效，簽約國包括歐盟同另外167個國。
