食物價格
食物價格係指跨國、跨地區同埋全球層面上嘅平均價格水平[1]。食物價格會影響食物嘅生產者同消費者。價格水平取決於食物生產過程，包括食物營銷同食物分銷。食物價格嘅波動係由多方面因素疊加所造成。地緣政治事件、全球需求、匯率、政府政策、疾病同農作物產量、能源成本、農業所需自然資源嘅供應情況[2]、投機[3][4][5]、土地用途變化同天氣事件，都會直接影響食物價格[6]。
食物價格波動會造成好多影響。食物價格上升，會威脅到糧食安全，尤其是對發展中國家，仲可能引發社會動盪[7][8][9]。食物價格上升亦同飲食質素同健康方面嘅差異有關，[10]會對婦女同小朋友等嘅群體有零舍負面影響[11]。
