2024年伊朗直升機事故係喺2024年5月19號喺伊朗發生嘅直升機事故，其中機入面載住當時嘅伊朗總統萊希。

截至伊朗時間20號朝早，所有乘客都已經證實係死咗[2]。

喺2019年5月19號，伊朗總統萊希去咗阿塞拜疆，同國家總統阿利耶夫簽有關石油氣嘅協議[3]。呢次協議係兩個國家之間，第3次喺呢個議題上簽嘅合作[4][5][6]。

到當地時間下晝1:30左右，一架 Bell 212 直升機喺瓦爾扎甘（英文：Varzaqan）鎮附近失事。當時架機已經離開咗阿塞拜疆，去緊大不里士[7]，而機上面嘅乘客就係：伊朗總統萊希、伊朗外交部長 Hossein Amir-Abdollahian、東亞塞拜疆省省長 Malek Rahmati、同埋東阿塞拜疆省最高領袖 Mohammad Ali Ale-Hashem。

到發生事故之後，伊朗電視就開始報道有關拯救行動嘅發展。因為當時大風、有雨、又好大霧[4]，所以托慢咗進度。拯救團隊有用直升機、無人機、同救援犬等等嚟幫手[8]。佢哋冇耐就揾到架直升機[9]，不過就完全「冇任何生還跡象」[10]。除咗條機尾之外[11]，架直升機已經係完全燒哂[12]。啲遺體最終喺5月20號，全部送咗去大不里士[13][14]。
