呢個訊息，係用喺本地保存嘅檔案度，講明呢個檔案喺粵維同粵文化圈度，有一定嘅意義同價值，可關乎本地公共利益，而搬到去維基同享度未夠穩陣，喺維基同享度好易鏟走。

如有必要，呢個模就要加返個適當嘅持有聲明標籤。一般可以附加{{PD-US}}標籤。

如果需要喺權屬嘅保護期限嘅最後一年後，收埋呢個模，必須提供expiry保護期限年份嘅參數。舉例，如果某作品嘅作者喺1950年過咗身，兼且喺出版地或作品發表所在地嘅權屬保護期限係作者離世後70年，expiry應係2020，而呢個模就會喺2021年後自動消失，呢個檔案亦可以自動歸入Category:權屬保護過期同時適合入維基同享嘅檔案。
