Hello, I would like to see a few published scholarly articles on "Penkyamp", or a book that explains its origins, the identity of its inventor(s), the organizations backing it, scientific evaluation of its merits and shortcomings, any notable adopters and most importantly the regulating organization and any international standards that recognize it.
