Brett Michael Kavanaugh（/ˈkævənɔː/，1965年2月12號—）係美國法官。佢做過美國哥倫比亞特區聯邦巡迴上訴法院嘅聯邦法官，而家係美國最高法院大法官。
最高法院大法官提名

2018年7月2號，Kavanaugh 同另外3個聯邦上訴法院法官，作為 Anthony Kennedy 繼任人嘅候選，各自同總統當勞侵會面9個字。[1]7月9號，侵提名 Kavanaugh 出任最高法院大法官。[2][3]美東時間10月6號，提名由美國參議院以50-48比數通過。[4]
