查理斯一世（英文：Charles I，1600年11月19號—1649年1月30號）係英倫、蘇格蘭、愛爾蘭國王，1625年到1649年在位。
佢係占士六世同一世個仔。詹士六世及一世喺1625年過身後，查理斯一世繼位。1642年英倫內戰爆發，最終保王派輸咗，查理斯一世喺1649年被處決。之後由克倫威爾做英格蘭共和國護國公。
1660年，議會同意恢復君主制，由查理斯一世個仔查理斯二世做國王。
