地踎商場

地踎商場，又叫死場（英文：Dead mall或者greyfield^[1]）係指空置率高、交通唔方便、人流少嘅購物商場，唔知邊個係原因，邊個係結果，或者係惡性循環，商場裝修老土或唔值錢，商場好似鬼域噉。呢啲商場冇出名租戶house（好似大百貨公司肯定唔會嚮度開店），業主租金收入低，保養、維修都冇錢，烏煙瘴氣。

出現原因

社會經濟衰退
附近大場，新商場爭生意，租戶退租，搬走去新地方
大租戶（百貨公司/戲院）結業，商場冇噱頭繼續生存
商場傳聞有鬼故，死過人
物業管理差，治安差，臭名遠播

改善方法

改形象發展，可能會有轉機
加設穿梭巴士，免費泊車
過時過節有明星名人表演
