當勞侵揞口費案 (英文：Donald Trump hush money trial)，正式叫做紐約州人民告川普案 (英文：People of the State of New York v. Trump)，係一單喺2024年紐約州嘅刑事案件，指控當勞侵喺佢嘅生意財務單度造假。喺5月30號，法院陪審團判咗被告有罪，判刑就仍然未知。

喺2018年，《華爾街日報》爆咗料，聲稱當時嘅現任美國總統當勞侵，曾經喺幾年前同過三級片女明星 Stormy Daniels（英文：Stormy Daniels） 有過關係。不過喺事發時侯，為咗避免喺2016年美國總統選舉期間成為醜聞，所以當勞侵嘅律師 Michael Cohen（英文：Michael Cohen） 就喺阿侵嘅商業記錄度造假，嚟畀$13萬美金去 Daniels 女士作為揞口費[3]。

冇耐之後，紐約州曼哈頓嘅地方檢控官 Cyrus Vance Jr.，開始對呢件事做調查[4]。

喺2023年3月，新檢控官 Alvin Bragg 表明好有可能會對當勞侵提出上訴[5]。因為佢指控當勞侵喺犯呢條法嘅同時，係有意圖去犯其他法例（就係走稅、違反競選財務規定、同埋非法影響選舉），所以係一級偽造商業紀錄，屬於重罪[a]。到2023年3月30號，控告通過咗大陪審團[7]。檢控官喺同一日正式提交起訴，指控當勞侵涉嚴犯咗34項偽造商業紀錄罪[8]。

到2023年4月3號，當勞侵由佢喺佛州嘅屋企飛咗去紐約[9]，到之後嗰日喺法院現身，由法官真係聼哂啲指控。聼完之後，佢決定宣佈唔認罪，繼續堅持自己冇罪[10]。佢亦都聲稱呢單案件嘅結果，就算係罪名成立，都唔會影響佢喺選舉嘅競選工作[11]。

喺2024年4月15號，足足一年之後，議案嘅審議正式開始[12]。

喺審緊單案件期間，辯方一直要求單案押後或者取消[13]，或者要求換法官[14][15]，不過都冇成功[16]。控方方面認為，當勞侵喺2016年選舉期間，利用偽造商業紀錄嘅非法手段，嚟幫自己嘅競選工作。佢哋最終利用過20位證人嘅口供。辯方方面就反駁認為，嚿錢係由當勞侵嘅律師 Michael Cohen（英文：Michael Cohen） 負責畀，阿侵自己根本就不知情。同時，由於位律師 Cohen 自己係控方嘅證人之一，辯方認為係一份唔可靠嘅口供。辯方最終用咗2位證人嘅口供。

到5月30號，陪審團經過討論之後得出咗結果，最終判全部34條罪名成立[1][17]。當勞侵成為美國史上，第一位犯上咗重罪嘅現任或者前任總統[18]。不過，當勞侵亦表明佢會為呢份案件上訴[19]。
