英式肉批
英式肉批（粵拼：jing1 sik1 juk6 pai1，Mince pie），批一種，肉批一種，源自英國，餡有免治肉即肉碎，加埋果乾，加埋香料，所以又叫免治批。佢好常聖誕節左近食，就叫聖誕批。可以上追十三世紀，英國同其他歐洲人，十字軍東征，將中東肉、菓、香料配方，帶返歐洲。咁有基督教含義，就好似聖經賢人所送禮咁[1]。聖誕個款會變長身，做到以馬槽咁，個頂加啲嘢，代表聖嬰[1]。
