  1. "R" can be pronounced both [R] and [ʁ], depending on region.[1][2][3]. So, you're wrong in saying that the /R/ is wrong. DON'T fix things that AIN'T broken!
  2. This subtle difference is irrelevant to most speakers of Cantonese---the target audience of Cantonese wikipedia. Neither is it relevant to the correct understanding of spoken French. These are allophones (fr:allophones) --- free sound variations that do not affect meaning.
