光學字符識別（粵拼：gwong1 hok6 zi6 fu4 sik1 bit6；英文：Optical character recognition）係一種人工智能技術，務求做到搵件架生掃瞄一份文件，就做到自動噉將份文件上面啲符號變成電腦檔案，甚至連圖像都可以齋靠掃一掃就變成電腦檔案[1]。
