橡皮圖章(英文:Rubber stamp),又叫橡皮印章,係種政治比喻,指代部份政客或者機構得到法律上寫到佢好似好大權,但事實只不過係無咩用。橡皮圖章幾乎無否決,或者無得否決部份被要求批准實施[1],字解上形同傀儡或者係傀儡政權。
