等離子醫學

等離子醫學結合等離子物理學生命科學臨床病學嘅新興嘅研究領域。加下用喺消毒,治療同癌症嘅研究[1]。大多數研究喺試管實驗同動物模型進行。

放射等離子源通常係「低溫」同埋一個大氣壓力之下操作,「低溫」喺呢度即係同室溫差唔多,以 50 °C 為上限以防止燒傷,等離子之中有百萬分之一帶電,其餘嘅係中性氣體。放射等離子兩個方法:無聲放電(Dielectric-barrier discharges,DBD)或者大氣壓等離子體噴射流(Atmospheric pressure plasma jets,APPJs)。

DBD 醫學儀器兩支電極,一支用係喺傷患處,另一極用介電質物料(如氧化鋁石英)接駁人體之上。 目前 DBD 醫療研究用喺整死細菌[2]、醫皮膚病、傷口、同埋腫瘤[3],仲有皮膚表面消毒。

APPJs 用噴射氣流,將帶電嘅等離子,送到去患處或樣本上面。噴射氣流實驗設計有好多款式[4]。一般用氣或氣,有時加少少(低過 5%)氣、氣、氣。稀有氣體嘅氣流,一方面將活性氫原子同氧氮分子送出,另一方面隔開室內空氣[5]
