雪萊（英文：Percy Bysshe Shelley，英文讀音：/ˈpɝsi ˈbɪʃ ˈʃɛli/，1792年8月4號—1822年7月8號）係英國嘅浪漫主義詩人，亦係英語抒情詩裏頭風格最細膩嘅詩人之一。經典著作集有 Ozymandias、Ode to the West Wind、To a Skylark、The Masque of Anarchy，詩作有 Prometheus Unbound、Alastor, Adonaïs、The Revolt of Islam、The Triumph of Life（冇完成）。
經歷
[編輯]雪萊喺英格蘭蘇塞克斯郡霍舍姆附近出世，出身貴族家庭。讀緊牛津大學嗰陣，發表咗《無神論嘅必然性》而俾人開除。佢因為宣揚無神論同自由戀愛等激進思想，喺英國備受排斥。
1812年，雪萊去愛爾蘭，積極參與民族解放運動，發表《告愛爾蘭人民書》。1818年，因種種壓力，雪萊離開英國，移居意大利。喺意大利期間，佢同詩人拜倫結為好友，迎來創作生涯嘅高峰。
1822年7月8日，雪萊在意大利拉斯佩齊亞灣駕駛帆船「唐璜號」出海，遭遇風暴，船沉溺斃，年僅二十九歲。其遺體火化後，心臟由友人保存，後同老婆瑪麗·雪萊（《弗蘭肯斯坦》作者）葬喺羅馬嘅新教公墓。

文學影響同評價
[編輯]雪萊嘅詩歌充滿對自由、正義同人類進步嘅熱切追求，對後世詩人影響深遠。拜倫、濟慈同雪萊並稱英國浪漫主義第二代詩人三傑。雪萊的好友拜倫曾言：「雪萊係我地所有人入面最優秀嘅詩人。」
雪萊嘅墓誌銘節錄自其作品《暴風雨嘅凱旋》：「佢並未消失，只係經歷咗海嘅變化，變成了豐富而奇異嘅嘢。」（He has not disappeared, but has experienced the change of the sea and has become something rich and strange.）
