Stephen McDannell Hillenburg（1961年8月21號—2018年11月26號）係美國漫畫家，以卡通片《海綿寶寶》出名[1][2]。
1961年8月21號，Hillenburg 喺俄克拉荷馬州一個美國陸軍基地出世。佢阿爸 Kelly N. Hillenburg Jr. 喺嗰度做工。佢阿媽 Nancy（原姓 Dufour）係老師，教視障學生嘅[3][4][5]。佢1歲嗰陣，全家搬去加州橙縣，因為佢阿爸喺嗰度加入宇宙航行工業做繪圖員同設計師。[3]
1999年，佢主創嘅卡通片《海綿寶寶》首播，大受歡迎。
2018年11月26號，Hillenburg 因肌肉萎縮性脊髓側索硬化症病逝，終年57歲[6]。
