A rewrite or change it to Cantonese? Could be more specific on which part is in violation of GFDL. The whole article is copied from the government page... I was thinking how to do it. [編輯]- 有嘢講：/Comment： The issue here is that if one has only one references, it is all too tempting to copy. But if we have two or more references then we would use our own words. It is a useful topic, but I have very little access to printed information on this topic. User:probophilic should have it; but he is not around.
