honorific_prefix

Titles or styles such as "The Right Honourable"

name

The name of the group or artist ("the act") in plain text only. Logos and other graphics are to be avoided in this field in accordance with WP:ACCESS, WP:FAIR, and in particular WP:LOGO. This field is mandatory.

honorific_suffix

Honours such as "CBE", "OBE" e.g. Cilla Black OBE

image

An image of the act, sufficiently clear for display at 220 pixels' width. Set to only the image name, e.g. Example.png, not Image:Example.png or [[File:Example.png|200px|abc]].

image_size

The image size should only be specified if the image is smaller than 220 pixels width. Enter the width in pixels without "px", for example 150. Size for landscape images should be 250.

landscape

Set to yes when using wide, short images. The image height (rather than width) will be limited to 200 pixels.

alt

Alt text for the image, for visually impaired and other readers who cannot see the image. See WP:ALT.

caption

Caption for the image to be displayed.

background

The musical artist should be placed into one of seven categories by using one of the codes below in the background field. Each category is color-coded to provide a quick indication of the type of group/performer, e.g. solo artist, orchestra, etc. The color scheme is similar to the one used by WikiProject Albums and other projects. Please discuss additional types that need to be accounted for on the template's talk page. This field is mandatory.

「粗體」表示嘅欄位一定要填。

前綴尊稱	喺藝人姓名左側出現嘅文字。
姓名	藝人嘅中文名或譯名。若果冇填，會以文章名代替。請儘量用返中文。
後綴尊稱	喺藝人姓名右側出現嘅文字。
類型	主要從事嘅演藝類型，會影響背景色（請參照下方的說明）。必須填，否則會出現錯誤。詳情睇{{藝人/type return}}
圖片	藝人嘅相片檔案名（完整檔案名字），例如Example.jpg。請注意版權問題，絕大部份喺網上下載嘅藝人照片都唔可以喺維基用。強烈建議用自由版權嘅圖片。
圖片尺寸	圖片尺寸，填寫格式：Npx。N字係任意整數，唔可以係負數，意即將圖片嘅闊度訂為N像素。預設值為220px。淨得有圖片時有效，若果依預設值縮放就唔使填。
補正	喺用較闊、較短嘅（長方形）相片時請填入「yes」，相片嘅高度會畀訂喺 200 像素之內（淨得有圖片時有效）。

本名	真正、正式嘅名。如果藝人藝名同本名一樣，可以略過呢欄。多過一個時請用「、」做分隔。
外文名	根據佢國家語系嘅名，非拉丁字母系嘅外文名（如日文，韓文或俄文等）。
外文	指明外文名嘅語系，以正確顯示文字（如日文、韓文、俄文等）。淨得有外文名時有效。詳情睇{{藝人/lang selector}} 注意：係 ISO-639 語言代碼，唔係中文。
羅馬拼音	非拉丁字母系（如日本人，韓國人同俄國人）嘅拉丁字母拼法。
英文名	英文名，或拉丁字母語系嘅名。請留意佢同羅馬拼音嘅不同，例如劉德華嘅英文名係Andy Lau，羅馬拼音係Lau Dak-wa。
粵拼	藝人唐名嘅粵語拼音。
暱稱	經常出現喺新聞媒體上嘅暱稱。多個暱稱時請用「、」做分隔，最多勿超過五個。
其他藝名	用過或喺外地發展嗰時用嘅藝名。
國籍	所屬國籍（國家）。若為團體請填寫團體所屬嘅國籍，唔好列出成員嘅所屬國籍。建議使用「{{國家地區模}} 」。
永久居留權	永久居留權，同國籍唔同先要填。
民族	所屬民族。
籍貫	家鄉或籍貫，亦即係祖先（阿爺或更上嘅輩份）嘅長居地。如果唔清楚請留空。
出生名	出世名，原則上視同本名，但本名未必係出生名。例如成龍嘅出生名係陳港生，而佢嘅本名就係房仕龍。
出生日期	出世日。在世者使用{{Birth date and age}}模（已知生年同生日）或{{Birth year and age}}（只知生年），可自動計算並顯示出歲數。經已過世嘅用{{birth date}}模。唔知生年只知生日就用「MM月DD號」嘅格式。
出生地點	生地。可以用「{{國家地區模}} 地區名」嘅格式。
逝世日期	死日。格式同出世日。用{{Death date and age}}模，可自動計算並顯示出歲數。唔知出生日期或出生日期唔完整嘅用{{Death date}}模。唔知完整逝世日期就用「YYYY年MM月DD日」嘅格式。
逝世地點	死地。格式同生地。
死因	死亡原因。
墓地	死者墓地或葬於、揚骨灰等嘅地點。
墓地座標	墓地等嘅座標，使用{{Coord}}模板。
居住地	居住地，格式同生地。同出生地唔同先要填。
職業	所從事嘅演藝工作。唔好列入非演藝相關嘅職業。
語言	請填寫能流暢溝通嘅語言，多過一個時請用「、」做分隔，母語排頭位，之後按熟悉程度去排。
教育程度	藝人嘅最高教育程度。若有多個高等教育學位可用{{Plainlist}}或{{Unbulleted list}}羅列。
母校	藝人畢業或所就讀嘅院校，可加括號註明就讀院系、畢業時間等資料。使用{{Plainlist}}或{{Unbulleted list}}}羅列。
宗教信仰	宗教信仰。
配偶	配偶姓名，使用{{marriage}}模。唔好填寫只係交往緊，冇正式婚姻關係者。
兒女	子女姓名。具相關知名度（通常係指有維基文章嘅）至建議列出。
父母	父母姓名。具相關知名度（通常係指有維基文章嘅）至建議列出。
親屬	兄弟姊妹或親屬姓名，並註明同藝人嘅關係。具相關知名度（通常係指有維基文章嘅）至建議列出。
音樂類型	主要演出或創作嘅音樂類型（適用於從事音樂嘅藝人）。列出較擅長或演出嘅類型就得。
演奏樂器	擅長嘅樂器（適用於從事音樂嘅藝人）。列出較擅長或演出嘅樂器就得。
出道地點	出道嘅地點。格式同出生地點。
出道日期	正式宣佈加入演藝圈嘅日期，或組合成立嘅日期。用「YYYY年MM月DD日」嘅格式（以官方為準）。
出道作	首部參與發表嘅作品、電影、戲劇、或專輯等。
代表作	最為人熟悉嘅作品，可以是電影、電視節目、舞台劇或音樂專輯等。最多勿超過五個。
著名角色	演員演出最為人熟悉嘅角色（適用於從事電視/電影/舞台劇演出嘅藝人）。最多勿超過五個。
活躍年代	活躍年代，即「出道年份 - 引退（逝世/解散）年份」。
唱片公司	所屬嘅唱片公司。
經紀公司	所屬嘅經紀公司。
簽名	藝人嘅簽名檔案名（完整檔案名字），例如Example.jpg。
