加拿大政府（英文：Government of Canada；法文：Gouvernement du Canada），正式嗌女王陛下政府（英文：Her Majesty's Government；法文：Gouvernement de Sa Majesté），係管理加拿大嘅聯邦政府，並透過共同機關對普通貨物去收稅[1][2][3]。
聯邦主義
[編輯]加拿大國會嘅權力被加拿大憲法限制。喺立法方面就分做聯邦政府同省級政府。一般嚟講，每個省級政區嘅立法議會只會畀憲法針對嘅主題去通過一啲法侓，例如教育、省級官員嘅任命、市級政府、慈善機構同「只關本地同私人性質嘅事」[4][5]，所以喺任何情況下都唔應該喺省級議會嘅獨立權力下，不過就要喺聯邦國會嘅權力下。
所以，聯邦政府只可以喺加拿大嘅郵政服務、人口普查、軍事、航海同船運、漁業、匯率、財務、計算、破產、版權、專利、第一民族同歸化去通過法例[6]。
政治文化

加拿大著重自由主義[7]同社會公義係佢哋政府獨有嘅政治文化元素[8]。而個人權利、公平性同包容性 （公義社會）喺加拿大政治議題上變得更受人關注同討論。對於加拿大人嚟講，係以下嘅方面都突出到加拿大法治嘅重要性：支持加拿大權利同自由憲章[9]、一個相對自由嘅自由經濟、喺女權、同性戀、墮胎、安樂死、大麻使用同其他平等主義運動方面嘅社會自由態度[10][11][12][9]。與此同時，喺加拿大人嘅政治文化入面都有一種集體負責制，可以喺廣泛支持全民醫療衛生、多元文化主義、外國援助同其他社會福利[13][14][15][16]。和平、有秩序同好嘅政府、隱含嘅人權法案係加拿大政府組成嘅支柱[17][18]。
