回指綁實（英文：binding）係句法學上嘅一個概念。
如果話 A 回指綁實 B，若且唯若 A C-統御 B 而且指緊同一嚿物件。簡單啲講，可以想像成回指關係裏面如果一隻字詞嘅意思要嚟自第隻字詞，提供意思嗰隻字喺樖分析樹當中唔可以「埋得太深」[1][2]。
