波比跳

波比跳粵讀:bo1 bei2 tiu3,英文Burpee[1][2]),又叫立臥撐粵讀:laap6 ngo6 caang1),係一套用嚟鍛煉身體嘅動作,首先一開始企定定,對腳同膊頭一樣咁闊,跟住開始踎低,但係條腰要係直嘅;踎低之後雙手撐喺地面,雙腳向後用力𨅝形成掌上壓嘅姿勢,最留尾收腳企返起身。
