高更

高更

高更（法文：Paul Gauguin，1848年6月7號—1903年5月8號）係法國印象派畫家，在生時唔算出名，死咗先至開始畀人賞識。

高更係象徵主義運動嘅重要人物，除咗做畫家，佢亦係雕刻家，版畫家，陶藝家同作家。喺分隔主義（Cloisonnism） 嘅影響之下，佢嘅畫表達主體嘅主體嘅固有意義（inherent meaning），為原始主義同回歸田園風格開出新嘅方向，佢亦大力支持木雕同木刻成為一門藝術。
