何詩蓓（英文：Siobhan Bernadette Haughey，愛爾蘭蓋爾文：Siobhán Bernadette Ní hEochaidh，1997年 10月31號—）係香港女泳手，擅長自由式。

何詩蓓喺香港出世，阿爸係愛爾蘭人^[1]（叔公係前愛爾蘭共和國總理查理·豪伊），阿媽係香港人，喺香港金融管理局任職風險管理經理^[2]，家姐何雅舒亦係泳手^[3]。何詩蓓本身講得一口流利廣東話。

學歷

何詩蓓讀過聖保祿天主教小學同聖保祿中學。中學時期做過校內辯論隊成員，亦做過班長。2015年喺香港中學文憑試攞到7科35分嘅成績，包括通識教育（5**）、英文（5*）、數學（5）、企業會計與財務概論（5）、中文（4）、化學（4）同英語文學（4），之後去美國密芝根大學攻讀心理學。

運動員生涯

2014年，何詩蓓喺2014年亞洲運動會代表中國香港喺4×100米自由式接力、4×200米自由式接力同4×100米混合泳接力都攞到銅牌。

2021年7月28號，何詩蓓喺2020年夏季奧林匹克運動會嘅女子200米自由式決賽游出1分53秒92破亞洲紀錄嘅成績，以0.42秒僅敗於澳洲選手艾莉雁迪瑪絲（英文：Ariarne Titmus）而攞到銀牌；兩日後喺女子100米自由式決賽游出破亞洲紀錄嘅52秒27，以0.31秒僅敗於澳洲選手愛瑪麥基昂（英文：Emma McKeon）攞到銀牌。何詩蓓成為香港史上頭一位奧運會游水運動獎牌得主，更加係香港史上第一位攞到多過一面奧運獎牌嘅運動員。

2021年12月16號，何詩蓓喺阿聯酋首都阿布扎比出戰游泳短池世錦賽嘅女子200米自由泳決賽，以1分50秒31衝線而攞到金牌，成為香港第一位世界冠軍泳手，兼以0.12秒之差打破瑞典名將施祖唐保持嘅1分50秒43舊嘅世界紀錄，成為香港第一位女子游泳世界紀錄保持者^[4]。
