The MediaWiki software is not updated yet (only configurations has been changed), you can assign yourself as an "Abuse filter editor" via Special:UserRights to done the job, also this would be the same config in enwiki. This is to make the sysops cannot make the changes directly for security reasons like inactive status. :) Shinjiman ⇔ ♨ 2009年5月28號 (四) 13:49 (UTC)

Technically non sysop users can edit the abuse filter, by assigning 'abusefilter' group to them, without sysop rights. And this needs any sysops to grant the rights for them. Shinjiman ⇔ ♨ 2009年5月28號 (四) 13:54 (UTC)

Autoreviewer

After reading the autoreviewer in Wikipedia space, I am perplexed. First, "the autoreviewer permission automatically marks new pages created by editors with the permission as patrolled" - what is that supposed to mean? The newpage will not shown? or the new page will be marked or flagged as "unreviewed" but shown as usual, something like Classical Chinese: e.g: zh-classical:貴金屬 ~~ 今本（此為底本，未經審校）--WikiCantona (傾偈) 2009年11月16號 (一) 04:08 (UTC)

The Autoreviewer right is making them able to make the page as patrolled. The user can see the new pages in yellow background in Special:NewPages which are created by an non-autopatrol user.
