魅力
魅力（粵拼：mei6 lik6，粵拼：mui6 lik6 [1][2] ）係一種能力，大概係指一個人有幾能夠令身邊嘅人覺得佢有吸引力。有魅力嘅人能夠吸引其他人追隨，仲能夠有效噉影響他人。呢種能力對演藝工作者嚟講零舍重要，對於做領導嘅人而言亦相當有用。
喺社會學、政治學、心理學同管理學嘅範疇入面，「charismatic（有魅力嘅）」呢個詞[註 1]係用嚟形容一種領導風格 [3][4]。「魅力型領袖」（charismatic leadership）係指一種領導方式，領袖本身具有強大嘅個人魅力、
喺基督教神學入面，「charisma」指嘅係「屬靈恩賜」（charism），即係由聖靈所賜、帶有非凡能力嘅恩典 [5][6]。
現代觀點
