信賴粵讀:seon3 laai6;英文trust),又有叫信任,係會喺人際關係嗰道出現嘅一樣嘢,大致上可以想像成一個個體有幾認為對方唔會傷害佢以及會做出預期嘅正面行為

社會科學好有興趣研究信賴呢樣嘢:除咗心理學同社會學出於好奇而做嘅理論研究之外[1],應用性質嘅商學都對信賴呢個概念好有興趣-經濟學方面嘅思考發現,一個經濟體裏面嘅信賴會左右啲生意人有幾肯做交易[2],而呢樣嘢會對經濟增長有深遠嘅影響;另一方面,管理學上又有思考點樣可以令啲員工彼此之間信賴,等成班人一齊做起嘢上嚟順利啲[3]

心理學社會學等嘅領域上,信賴嘅基本定義如下:如果話一個個體 A-A 係或者第啲動物都得-信賴另一個個體 B(信賴嘅對象),即係話 A 相信 B 係[4][5]

  1. 唔會害自己,而且
  2. 會做出預期嘅正面行為嘅。

舉個例說明,想像有個病人受咗傷,如果話個病人信賴照顧緊佢嘅醫護人員(信賴嘅對象),意思即係話個病人覺得啲醫護人員唔會害佢,而且係會盡力噉想醫好佢(會做預期嘅正面行為)嘅;於是個病人就會(例如)肯瞓喺張上面(唔會想反抗或者走佬)俾醫生護士睇佢個傷口-「俾對方睇自己傷口」係一個會曝露自己脆弱點嘅動作,一個個體肯做呢個動作正路表示佢認為對方唔會害佢[6][7]
