商業模式粵拼soeng1 jip6 mou4 sik1英文business model)係管理學策略上嘅一個概念。一個商業模式包含一個組織有關「要點樣達到自己目的」嘅詳細計劃。一個商業模式會包含一柞計劃,並且講明以下嘅資訊[1][2][3]

  • 個組織要提供乜嘢貨品或者服務,以及呢啲貨品服務對客嚟講有乜經濟價值(令客肯俾錢買呢啲貨品服務);
  • 個組織有乜競爭對手;
  • 個組織要點樣得到競爭優勢,例如啲貨品服務要有乜獨到之處,令客會揀自己嘅貨品服務而唔係競爭對手嘅;
  • 個組織要提供呢啲貨品服務就需要運用乜嘢資源,以及個組織要點得到呢啲資源;
  • 個組織要用乜嘢營銷策略(marketing strategy);

...等等。

舉個例子說明,想像家陣有個遊戲開發者要諗佢哋嘅商業模式,佢哋要度嘅有以下嘅嘢[4]

  • 佢哋要開發一隻遊戲 ,根據佢哋嘅市場調查,市場上有相當嘅玩家想要某啲遊戲體驗,而呢隻遊戲會提供呢啲體驗,所以會有玩家買;
  • 佢哋要諗經已存在喺市面上嘅遊戲當中有邊啲有可能係 替代品
  • 同經已存在喺市面上嘅同類遊戲喺設計上有邊啲唔同嘅地方,令 具有獨特價值;
  • 要開發 需要乜嘢人員,請呢啲人員要使幾多同第啲資源,呢啲資源要點樣籌募;
  • 嘅宣傳片要點整,要幾時發佈,喺乜嘢地方發佈,發佈之後要點收集有關玩家反應嘅數據...。
